5* service from Sanctuary SOS, from my initial enquiry Grant was so helpful and patient, coming to do 2 site visits to go through our options to completion of our wonderful new catio. Grant answered our many queries professionally and with expert knowledge helping us to get Landlord permission. Installation was done quickly (within 2 days) cleanly and professionally by Grant & Dave. Nothing was too much trouble for them (made shelves and ladder for our cats to climb) they are both polite and friendly and we can’t thank Grant enough for providing our cats with a secure open space for them to play and get fresh air.
