Grant installed a custom built Catio for my 2 cats a few months back. His service from the very beginning to the end was impeccable.
I had contacted him and mentioned that I would like my catio to be done quite soon and he was really kind and managed to jig some stuff around and accommodate. During the installation Grant and his colleague were very professional, very meticulous. I admit I was a very fussy particular customer but Grant made sure he checked with me at every stage before he put something up and made sure that I was happy. He spent time redesigning the layout and ensured I was happy at all times. I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better company and glad my cats can enjoy the outdoors in a safe way and are much happier. Sanctuary SOS are far more competitive in price and I can not fault the service I received. Thank you Grant 🙂
